Hydrogen cars and the infrastructure to support them CAN be done. at what cost to support refuel stations, transportation, storage. No one doubts hydrogen cars etc. How many can be produced , at what cost, I thought the city of Los Angeles already was running some of their cars on Hydrogen. Perhaps back in the early 90's Calf put in a law to have x number of service stations be able to supply hydrogen cars.
Going from memory which is not very good these days... Maybe someone is familiar with the program several years ago... then again maybe it never got off the table.
