It is YOU who is making declarative statements, in this case one which is subject to differing opinions. In general, the liberals are claiming 3-5 years (down from 5-10 years, previously) while the conservatives ware claiming 1-2 years.

Were 1-2 years accurate which it is not, you would still not have oil asap.......the need is now, not two or 3 years from now.

For you to "proclaim" it to be 3-5 years as if it were fact is disingenuous.

I didn't proclaim anything. I am going by what makes sense to me given my background in development and construction. So you can think I am disingenuous and believe whatever you're conservative cronies tell you, but you're all wrong. How's that for a declarative statement?

Again not that it matters, the squeeze for oil is now, not 3 years from now.
