While it maybe self-defense for her the outsider would see it as two innocent lives with equal rights re: has a legal right to make her medical conditions we can define legal rights but who would have moral rights to choose? re: will you come up with another hypothetical. I am not doing it to frustrate you but rather to build an argument. I am pro-choice because it is women's right and not because I like abortions. And I do not believe that human life begins at conceptions but I grant you that it is not possible to say at what point of pregnancy humans become humans. -Albert -Albert
