HTTP Error 403
403.9 Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected

This error can be caused if the Web server is busy and cannot process your request due to heavy traffic. Please try to connect again later.

Please contact the Web server's administrator if the problem persists.

Please do something I'm loosing money not being able to time my trades , when my bid and ask goes blank I'm blided to the trading world........................................

And here is his answer....

This message is not about our servers reaching maximum capacity. It is a problem with Microsoft's IIS software. At rare times, it will stop accepting further connections even though the maximum amount of connections it will accept has not been reached.
Currently, the only thing we can do is reboot the particular server that is causing the problem.

On Wednesday, I did all three of them one by one. Did you continue to get these messages after Wednesday?

If I sent the message today woulden't you think I'm still getting the Forbidden acess HTTP. 403 Error.
