Hi Maurice. I empathize. I haven't been having much of a problem as mostly, I use a live ticker, all day, for the stocks I'm watching.

I did have that error message at least once, either today or yesterday. In my case, I waited about ten seconds and re-tried, and got the connection.

In these volatile markets, any interruption can be scary.
