Alan if you are going to give me credit at least get my name right, it is hcm1943, i never gave you permission to be informal.
Regarding the 144 filing by the two officers, If you want to quote rules at least know what they are (not you Alan)
an officer or director of of a company must file a disclosure whenever he or she effects a transaction in the companies securities in open market or private trans such as option excercises.
Also they have the absolute right to borrow vs thier fully paid for shares and can be liquidated by the lender for faailing to maintain sufficent margin. if liquidated a 144 filing is required no matter how the shares were acquired!! If you dont believe me ask a (PUKE) lawyer.
BK called me and I posted the fact that he and the director were sold out by ML for failing to maintain necessary mgn. BION.
