Not really. In science, there are very few laws or principles. Evolution, which is not quite the same thing as Darwanism, is very well tested and hard to refute. Now some of the details of various evolutionary theories can be argued about, but evolution itself is tough. Personally, I prefer punctuated equilibrium myself...
