You're a broker/consultant by your own admission, right?

Sorry, but bullshit on that. That statement is so hard to believe. That means that a ML broker/consultant was not actively managing/monitoring the account because you have three days to liquidate for the need margin call. Then it's up to seven days before a forced sell-out occurs to meet the Fed call. You can only fu#@-up an account bad enough to be sold-out if you're managing it on your own. There is not a broker who would sit on his hands and wait for a position(s) to be sold-out.

A forced sell-out is a sign of very poor management. Even in the face of rapidly declining stock price, you don't have to be Buffet to realize immediately what your call is. You don't need to wait to have "ML sell you out" to meet margin call.

And these guys who are "sold-out", are also high level executives for the company you keep touting so highly. Hope they manage the company's assets better than they manage their own. Imagine if they call you one day and say that their bankline was "sold-out" without their consultation. And why are these executives trading shares on margin? Sounds like some bass-ackwards investing to me. Dude, you have seriously moved into the area called "blind faith" I am scared of you!
