I shot a ruger .44 magnum once and it was not easy to be accurate, especially for what's supposed to be a hunting gun. My hand was bruised after 1 magazine and my aim sucked at 10 yards, but it could have been the anticipation was making me flinch a little, I gotta think it was user error -g-. Fired a Kimber .45 right before, and then a Glock .45 after. The glock felt like a toy and the kimber is what I'll buy when I can own one legally, those are really nice guns, not too expensive considering what you get. Both very easy to get tight placements at that distance compared to the .44.

Also fired a silenced full auto MP-5 and Uzi that day, Nevada is a very liberal state and the ranges are close to the hotels if you ever go there and need somethig to do during the day.
