If the UN wants to ever gain access to that area, then they'd better let the Israelis state have some input as to who comprises the investigative team... I don't think the Israelis actually have that much leverage because blocking access would increase the credibility of the massacre narrative a great deal. As for input, it looks as if they have that; just not veto power.
