I see you are good with the cut and paste of a website dictionary but you still didnt answer my question
and I feel it is a good question given the fact you said "the charts are clear for anyone who cared to look at them"

it would be like going to one doctor and him saying the diagnosis is clear to anyone that looked at you; while as many people know diagnosis are not always clear; nor are their underlying causes. If they were I know of a lot of people that woulndt be sick right now.

to go along with the above; if the charts were that clear to anyone that looked at them I would have to say anyone whom looked at the charts made money today and in the past ...
