Your right, this terrible Bear Market is nowhere close to being over!! I'm a big bull, but by Jehovah I've got to face brass tacks and admit more bloodshed is ahead. So many huge companies have recently put in new 52 week lows (TYCO, AOL, JDSU, just to name a few). This bodes terrible for the markets into at least May. With DOW now squarely below 10,000, next support will more than likely be taken out at 9800. Then next stop is 9000!! What many people tend to forget is the Dow Jones had a lower low than its previous year in 2001 (first time this has happened in 10 years!!).
Add to that major technical sell signal the fact that January was a losing month this year (so goes January). Yup, we'll more than likely put in a new low sometime this year on both the DAQ and the Dow. Whether that will be enough only time will tell!!!!!
