Rite Investments Files To Sell 1.2 Million Drugstore.com Shares Friday April 26, 4:13 pm Eastern Time Rite Investments Files To Sell 1.2 Million Drugstore.com Shares WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- Rite Investments Corp. filed to sell 1.2 million shares of Drugstore.com Inc.'s (DSCM) common stock, according to a Form 144 released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Rite Investments listed April 24 as the approximate sale date for the shares, which it valued at $3 million. The filing listed Knight Securities L.P. as the broker for the sales. Rite Investments listed "10% stockholder" as its relationship to drugstore.com. Drugstore.com is an online retailer and information provider in Bellevue, Wash. Shares of the company recently traded at $2.30, down 7 cents. I speculated a ~2.1 sale (one 1.2 mil and two 500K), but they may file for the the rest later (if they are indeed responsible for the 2* 500K).
