Yes it's all unraveling and paving the way for future Biblical Prophecy to be fulfilled. The Saudi's must be under intense personal pressure to take this stand. Maybe threats against their person? I think so myself. And Egypt wanting to be bankrolled for war.

You make a very good point about God's protection. We won't have it and what then? Is "that which restrains" going to be taken out of the way soon so the beast can come forth? And it'll all start rolling then! Many think "that which restrains" is the presence of the Church on earth and when it's taken out of the way that's the rapture. I don't believe that myself. (It would be nice though to be taken up before the Great tribulation. But I don't see it in Revelation.) I think that which restrains is something else. The power of God in some form. Could that which restrains be the power of God protecting America? God's blessed America because it has been a Christian country from the start. Launching the Gospel to the whole world, fulfilling Jesus's requirement that the Gospel be preached to the ends of the earth before He comes again. I think now it has been. Now if America turns against God's chosen people, Israel, I think it's the slippery slide to the bottom for us. We're already post-Christian era aren't we?
