I have been using Yhaoo tick count in my estimates of fear.
I believe Zeev does as well.

I am trying to recalabrate that to Qcharts.
In limited research it seems Qcharts is 15% high or so compared to Yhoo. Not sure how that varies on a day to day basis.

perhaps after 911 fear levels will be a bit lower and we will have to adjust to -800 Yhoo/-1000 on say Qcharts.

Maybe Zeev has some additional thoughts on recent Tick counts.
Safest course of action is to assume we still need those -1000's (YHOO count).
