Dear Jeb: Maybe I am NAIVE but I cant see the reason for all this hallybalooh over the Saudi's paying the families of deceased Palestinians. NOW, if they announced UP FRONT they were going to do that one might say this is a REWARD or something, but it is my understanding this program went into effect recently and not only bombers but ANYONE'S family who had a member killed whether through suicide bombing or Israeli attack qualified. Seems to me when the bread winner is killed these normally poor families to begin with really are destitute. I look at it as an act of Charity not a BOUNTY. AM I WRONG? jdn
