I agree,..... and it is scripted into the future for several other market sectors. Just by way of example, the massive auto lease bulge coming our way this spring/summer is a beauty. The "residual values" on the contracts are so far out of line with current used car equivalent pricing that a "deluge" is all but guaranteed. I should be buying car-crushing equipment maker stocks. (g)
