What you were seeing was panic selling--there are no market makers for listed stocks, they're called specialists. Now that the cat is out of the bag, and the company's debt got downgraded again to junk, there should be much more blood-letting. I've said this before....the company may not have a choice but to go chapter 11...but before that happens you'll see kowalski get canned.
