James Grant seems to have recommended this stock:

If they are borrowing short term at ultralow rates, and buying mortgages that pay much higher rates, it would seem to me that a run-up in short term rates would bankrupt them in short order.

Of course, it takes a while to jack up interest rates, and the stock might run up for a while, given that 15% dividend.

But if FNM is a sell, why isn't this one a sell, too?
