I am protestant and could care less about Zionism. I was not even pro-Israel until the recent flurry of terrorist bombings wiped out all credibility the palestinians had with me. And if someone like me, a moderate-liberal, loses sympathy for Palestinians you know they are doing something very wrong. The word "Zionist" means nothing to me. I laugh when you call me that. If you only knew how stupid you were thinking. I am not pro-Jewish anything, just anti-terrorism and anti lies. I have seen the evidence and know it is the palestinians and Arabs who work to defeat peace. In fact the terrorist bombings are directly responsible for putting a tough guy like Sharon in power. Barak was a moderate and Arafat should have made the Clinton deal with him. But Arafat let and probably supported the Hamas style bombing campaign which destroyed any hope for trust and peace. The burden is on the palestinians and Arabs now to prove they can be trusted to stop the violence. The recent Israeli "invasion" (just a few weeks to clean out the rats) is completely ythe responsibility of the terrorist bombers and everyone who supports them, in other words much of the Arab world. You would think they would have learned you don't attack israelis and not expect a tough crack-down. The world would be a much better place if every terrorist were to be killed, not just imprisoned but killed, with extreme prejudice. That is a military term, not a racial term. I could care less which race the terrorists are, they all need to be killed, and the Israelis know how to do it. Once they are dead they can no longer kill civilians and destroy peace accords, as simple as that. If you love the dream of a Pelstinian state then go to work fighting terrorism. It is the only right thing to do. Everything else is a lie.
