Look at the cash flow statements for PALM to get a better picture of their financial health, in the last quarter they generated $43.6 MM in net cash, however, $51 MM was from financing ($50 MM in LT debt, so AS is wrong in stating that PALM has no debt) and about a million selling shares. That means that they had a negative cash flow of $8 MM in the last "very successful" quarter. If that is a successful quarter look at the cash bleed in the preceding quarters to see what happen when success is lacking (g).
