I'm not sure I understand what your saying?

let me state an example; looking at my qcharts stochs I see its set to 14 and looking at the QQQ days 1/17-2/21 ...
stochs is bouncing up and down there while the stock keeps trending lower. One might buy off the stochs but then be proceeded to be wipsawed back and forth a few times before the stock goes up.
