I don't think you would, Laz, about Communist material.
In fact there have been many polls conducted that have showed that large majorities would throttle the Constitution on just that issue. Now they would probably not be so massive, but move back to, say, the 1950s or the 1980s when the Cold War was hotly raging and that was a hot issue

BUT: Suppose it were the right of gays and lesbians to publish and distribute literature promoting their lifestyle? How do you think those would come out?

Or, even better, literature from NAMBLA?
