Good News But....Too little too late!!! IMHO Under these current VSE conditions, I am afraid we may have to wait awhile before we get rolling again. IMHO, the company and Skopos took too darn long getting estimates of California out and alot of the interested investors have moved on. I hope I am wrong but....maybe not. Good Luck to us all, Ron.
