hi pat,
No house, still live in a parsonage...But have been turning over to my wife $10K a month from trading account..I have to do this until I give her 500K,(this is from my other two rags to riches and then back to rags trading activities)...You might say I have a focus to pay for my past sins, even though I know with the Master they have been forgiven...So this may be a 2-5 year project unless we hit many home runs...

I am basically using 180 scans, MACD zero line crossovers, 50 and 21 days expansion pivots, 1,2,3,4's, your old New MACD scan, a moving average crossover, and a historic volatility scan...

If you can make one that searchs for stocks that are under 12.00, that have had a 1-3 million share day in the last 5 days,(the volume level on that day was at least 4x normal volume levels for the past 30 days) where there was little price movement upward or downward, and where they are at the base of their pattern, I would definitely be interested...ORCH, TELM,PVAT are examples of these types of trades recently..

All breakouts seem to fizzle, so we have to find the stocks before the breakout, and sell into the breakout..In other words, lie in the weeds for a couple of days....I have seen a gradual increase in volume before these tend to break over the prior 2-3 days...
