"No, there is no evidence that a ringing bell causes itself to be struck. You are correct, sir. There is, however, evidence that you possess a fundamental ignorance of the concept of cause and effect."

You are digging a pretty big hole for yourself, eh!!?

So what is the equal and opposite reaction that a bell gives to the person that strikes it as it relates to CAUSE AND EFFECT. How has the CAUSE...a linguistic concept...been reacted against by the effect?? Causes are not affected in any way that we know of by their effects. They are not influenced in any way by the future. Causes exist in the past, and they are never subject to influence so far as we know.

A cause, Karma, is not the ACTION...it is the REASON behind the action. The action fits into the physical laws which obtain in our universe. The causes fit into the realm of meaning and motivation. To cause means to intend. Blind forces do not cause. Cause implies intention and meaning. "Happens" implies all existence below consciousness.

Your whole purpose was to try to meld mind with matter in the semnse that mind was close to being a universal absolute (as mathematical and physical laws are close). You believe that all mental activity has an equal and opposite reaction. You may be right, but you have absolutely NO evidence for it. And like Laz said: If you do...go collect your Nobel prize.
