Yes, it is a great feeling. We went through hell and made it to the other side. Congratulations to all of us who stuck by MO. All my friends who were making fun of me for investing in this for the dividend, have now got their heads (and their butts!) handed to them in the (still ongoing) tech massacre. Now, they criticize me for profiting from others' misery! I get right back at them and criticize them for being so stupid as to throwing their money to fatten some tech company promoters' (already fat) fannies!

Those who bought this at 20 or so (with a dividend yield of 10%) are likely to see their annual dividend check higher than the amount they invested, at some point in their lifetime. What a feeling that would be!
