If you don't perceive the causal relationship between, for example, the actions of the Israelis and the resulting effect it has had in their decades of conflict with the Palestenians, and conversely, the actions of the Palestenians against the Israelis and their attendant effects, I really don't think we can move any further with this discussion.

You are either too prideful to admit you are wrong, or you simply can't (or refuse to) see what is clearly evident. I favor the former explanation.
