I wish. The smartest things we did in 2000 was up our stakes in real estate. I hope you are enjoying your place. It sure is working for you. I'm concerned about this breakdown in the broad averages. Extending the freeze in corporate capex (that could result) just compounds tech's troubles. Verisign at 1.5 sales? Who woulda thunk it.
