I've been told you don't get an H&S pattern until the chart returns to the neckline. Right now, that would be about NASDAQ 1950 on this chart stockcharts.com[w,a]waclyiay[de][pd20,2!e5!f][vc60][iut!Ub14!Lp14,3,3!Lf!Lk14]&pref=G A close above that would be a good sign of an IH&S reversal (or so I have been told) but it MUST come on high volume.
