For players on the North New Jersey Area: An artist friend of mine, who is also a good drummer and lives in a loft in a Hoboken industrial building where we can’t annoy the neighbors, has opened his loft a few times in the last month for an impromptu jam. We are working on another for a Saturday or Sunday night in the next few weeks. The playing level is from not very good (me) to excellent but it doesn’t matter since this is just for fun. Music has ranged from rudimentary folk to jazz. If you’re interested, please bring: A soft drink or adult beverage. Something to munch on. Wife, SO and kids are invited. Tabs, chords or lyrics . We could really use a bass player, harmonica, and a vocalist. Interested? Send me a PM and I’ll keep you posted and pass along the directions when we get a little more organized.
