Tim, a price war may play a big part, but also remember that Q2 is seasonally the slowest quarter of the year. It's also very back-end loaded - June pretty much makes or breaks it in terms of revenue. Given that Q2 is so hard to predict until you tally up the last month, it's no wonder that Intel guides conservatively, as they've done many times in the past for this quarter.
