Filed today, Jul 10. SC 13G: A statement of beneficial ownership of common stock by certain persons. This form would seem to indicate someone is accumulating a fair-sized position in MRVC. Isn't this the form filed when a person or entity accumulates 5% or greater of any company? This could be the precursor to a buyout. For example, I'd think the Ascend/Cascade combo sorely needs a LAN presence (speculation). I don't have the fulltext of this filing yet; it seems I am too cheap to pay the fee for edgar-online. Dan
