Just wait. While the vast majority of J6P investors who lost their shirts in the tech mania probably think of their losses in much the same was as losing money in Vegas, they are slowly learning that they were in fact ROBBED by fraudulent brokerages and tech executives. Every new lawsuit against ML or CSFB etc makes them angrier. The fact that the head of Merrill Lynch came out and apologized yesterday for ripping off customers is simply going to enrage J6P further- because now he is starting to get a glimmer of the idea that the whole fucking 1998-2000 stock market was nothing more than a giant fraudulent scheme to STEAL THEIR MONEY. I bet you a dollar high tech execs and analysts everywhere are hiring bodyguards as fast as they can.. I'm surprised Ken Lay is still breathing, actually. All it takes is one nutjob willing to give up their life to kill you, and they can do it.

I agree. Also, are you surprised that there haven't been more cases of people "snapping" and acting out like that daytrader did in Atlanta a few years ago? Or do you consider the 9-11 event one massive snap back at "the system?" I'm mildly surprised more people haven't lost control and acted out, but then again, you know how a frog in slowly heat water is rumored to respond.
