Much higher. The economy has just started turning around. Some segments had more excesses than the others and will take longer to show the recovery. The key to every modern era economic cycle has and will be the semiconductor sector. That sector has clearly turned the corner. With the exception of comuunication ICs, orders are clearly picking up and capacity expansions are beginning to show up in the foundry business plans.
