Jim, re: When it comes to bang for the buck, AMD is the clear winner but Intel is very clever. Who knows what they sell P4s to large OEMs for to keep them faithful. A strange comment. AMD is the "bang for the buck" winner, a good thing, right? But you seem to imply that Intel is "clever" to sell to OEM's at a lower cost, to keep them "faithful", a bad thing? Do you believe that Intel prices should not be competitive? re: AMD just dropped the ball starting back about 1-2001 when they should have gone to the PR rating rather than waiting for Palomino. Yes, then AMD would have lost the retail and OEM marketplace even sooner. John
