Re: MOT/Siemens

The China angle seems to be the most likely reason for Siemen's interest (assuming the story is not BS). MOT is well established there, are they not? Siemens would be buying out a competitor and perhaps clearing one obstacle to their SDCDMA dreams in China.

Does MOT do any infra business in Europe? If so, Siemens would gain there too. They may also get a toe hold in the U.S.

I would hope MOT would hold out for some big bucks.

BTW, with Q's reduced market cap, I hope nobody out there is getting any ideas. They do have a poison pill, don't they?
