No, just the opposite. Motorola's CDMA2000 portion of the infrastructure business would cost too much to buy for anyone who was not going to serious about it.. Siemens hasn't shown much interest in IS-95 or CDMA-2000 in the past, so unless they have had a change of heart, I don't think they will go for it. The might want portions of Motorola's infrastructure business but I would think Motorola would want to sell all of it or none of it and not let Siemens cherry pick.
