I certainly don't expect (or want) to return to the mania that we had.
And determining where the market will be in 18 months depends on where the "bottom" is.
Let's just say, I think we will be off of the "bottom" in 18 months.
Don't really care just "where" we will be, as long as it is off the "bottom" -g
The implications, if we aren't, is a depression, and I just can't see that.
