^VIX RSI is at it's highest reading since 8/30/2001. On 8/30/2001 it's close was at 28.08.Max
Important note, the RSI of the ^VIX this week will tell if we rally up to near or to topside trading range, then the June Massacre(or instead get it over with now). Reason being RSI is at where market started a major crumble last year, so it need stabilize and rally this week.
This, for the record is the highest alert i have had since last year. The next 5 days is decision time. Max
