SAP SAP AG upgraded at BofA, downgraded at JP Morgan (31.88)
Banc of America out of Europe upgrades SAP to BUY from Mkt Perform due to valuation; while downside risk to earnings persists, economic indicators suggest that Q1 could very well represent the trough for the global software sector. On the other hand, JP Morgan downgrades to MKT PERFORM from Buy, saying that the current valuation's imputed rev growth is unreasonable; also, managing the migration from R/3 to mySAP is the co's greatest challenge, and firm forecasts that growth from the upgrade cycle will peak in 2003.

another bottom call ..hmmm....
