biz.yahoo.com Gotta hand it to Morgan Stanley on this one. First, keep it small, make sure demand is greater than shares available. Second, file S-1 for a pricing range less than partners have already put in, to demonstrate the partners' confidence, and to make it appear a bargain. Finally, when the frenzy is whipped up, bump the registration price up - did they ever have any other intention? Good job, Morgan Stanley!
