jimpit, I could be way off base, but Iam beginning to believe someone is in talks with the company to buy it out. Prehaps they are trying to settle on a fair price. Personally I hope not, I think they have a great future on their own. Please don't take my word for it, it's just a possible answer for the companys statements and the stock action of late.....Archie.
