The SPX has breached the Feb. low of 1074.36 this morning. Strictly speakin', that isn't good. Today's low was 1073.74. There's also support at 1053.61.

And yet the SPX ST CI did touch 0 earlier. So you tell me what's goin' on. I'd say there could be a retest of the 1074 area, but since it's been penetrated, things look somewhat dicey. Nevertheless, it is oversold.

Remember what happened to the Naz after it broke slightly under support on 4/23. But who knows? Maybe the SPX ST CI has bottomed out.
