Yes. Still in. Still loving it. It's the largest holding I have (although small from a book value perspective) but I actually don't watch it that closely. I just put it away and watch it grow. I thought this thread had died.

I think the current period may be a bit of a peak as far as percentage earnings growth due to market factors such as housing demand, interest rates, etc. but I see steady growth continuing. It's amazing to come out of a recession with no significant increase in defaults.

The great thing about Home right now is that the market cap and liquidity are getting to the point where institutions are starting to take a position. The conversion of A shares into B shares helps this as well. Fidelity took a big position recently (check SEDAR - March). I believe the PE ratio will rise as the stock moves from retail to institutional.
