1074 on the SPX is critical.

The way gold stocks bounced sharply from the morning lows, it does not look good for the markets.

Looks like we are going to pick up where we left off on Friday...further declines.
This is happening when mutual fund managers are "supposed" to be putting cash to work.

Looks like a long ride down on the Nasdaq to me. Even Justa said the odds favored a rally and he is super bearish. I think his crash scenario looks more likely.

What I am waiting for is some big seller to come into the market. If that type of fund selling is out of the way, maybe then there is a chance for a rebound. Still suspect there was some fund in trouble last week, causing the severe drop.
