I won't buy at $40. Somebody will though. And higher as the broker pimps entice them, and the FUDders switch sides to positive.

"whichever comes first......." No reason to buy until the FUDders stop (or get thrown in jail). FUDders rule the market right now. AOL is still one of their most prominent targets. Gander at the Yahoouseless board. There are paid FUDders posting every 30 seconds.
