Phil,
Your asking a guy whose investment experience is limited to almost 100% mutual funds! I did not take possession of my shares as I
think some others on this thread have. I called my broker and he
said that his firm takes care of this mandatory exchange of stock.
He can't even understand why I am getting the paper work sent to
me. Any more explaining than this will have to be done by someone
with more knowledge than me.
