Dear Techtonic Bull: Well, I have been through these downturns before, though this one seems particularly cruel. Its been my experience that well managed companies when the dust settles come out stronger then ever. They reduce their costs considerably, make long term contractual deals with weaker companies who are in less of a bargaining position and when Revenue returns they return to more profitability then ever before. I think SUNW is a well managed company and I know they were in a process of reducing costs (G/E model) even before all of this began. So, I would expect SUNW to be one of the shining stars again, my only question is WHEN. JDN
