ATTENTION EVERYONE !! HUGE NEWS !!!! NASD brings a second action in the last 2 years against me. They sure do have a thing for me.. Since I resigned my NASD membership in June 1998, The NASD moved to revoke my license in Dec 1998 for failure to pay fees and crap to them. Then just immediately before the statute of limitations of 2 years expired the NASD DOE( dept of enforcement ) filed a Market manipulation action agaisnt me for my Sell recs on LOCK the scam. The NASD lost that case and lost badly, I got dinged 3k( additionally the SEC brought fraud charges against LOCK and its two past CEOs ) ooops Then amazingly they filed a new case against me stating that I lied during my on the record Testimony in the LOCK case. days before the 2 year limit expired.( This case was very serious cause it had Criminal implications as well, perjury is perjury ) They wanted to settle both cases by me agreeing to a lifetime ban from the securities Industry. I said no way. I went forward and defended the case all the way to the hearing level. On April 2, 2002 the decision was handed down, I have kept quiet because Today is the 25th day for them to appeal the decision.. Well guess what , the decision is in. CASE DISMISSED ! " Mr ELGINDY didnt lie , infact he told the truth " Kerplott !!! insidetruth.com This case was major Victory for me and loss for the NASD. I believe have a very easy malicious prosecution claim against them. anyone agree? If im not mistaken , this is the first time the NASD has ever lost an enforcement action since their inception back in the 70's , funniest part is that they lost to me. NASD 0 A@P 2 Game Over
